Indiana scrap metal recyclers and dealers must keep for two years a record of all transactions that must Include a copy of the seller's driver's license, a photo of the seller and a photo of the material purchased. Scrap metal recyclers may not accept a metal beer keg if it is cearly marked as the property of a brewery. There is a minimum five working day tag-and-hold policy when not fied by law enforcement.
